Position Details Manager & Tech Headhunter | MICROSOFT & SPACE | Italy Job Description: As a Senior D365 Business Central Functional, you will provide business consulting, strategic planning, and support for implementing Microsoft D365 Business Central products in small to mid-market businesses, ensuring high client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Consult on Business Central projects, including documentation, configuration, testing, and issue tracking. Provide exceptional customer service and support during implementation. Build and maintain relationships with clients and project teams, representing the company professionally. Configure, customize, and test systems based on client needs. Assist in developing and delivering training content. Maintain documentation for programming and projects. Support end-user and system administrator training remotely. Adhere to best practices in configuration, programming, and documentation. Enhance knowledge through research and self-study. Recommend improvements to processes and methodologies. Participate in training and obtain certifications as needed. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or equivalent experience. At least 2 years of experience with D365 Business Central or NAV implementation. Full lifecycle experience with core finance or operations modules. Experience in a management consulting or professional services environment. Knowledge of multiple add-ons or ISVs like InsightWorks, Multi-Entity Management. Strong client relationship skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
