Deputy Security Expert

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called: EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team. The overall objective of this assignment is to: strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention; contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes; improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions; inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries. Duration : The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date. Non-Key Expert: Deputy Security Expert (Host Country) Qualifications and Skills: Law enforcement/security studies degree OR 5 years added experience. Proficiency in EU EOM working language (C2). Experience: Cat. II: 5 years / Cat. III: 2 years in security of international missions. Prior security roles in international missions. Threat assessment, risk analysis, incident reporting. Staff training and supervision. Host country experience (asset). Election observation security experience (asset).
