Junior Accountant_Account Payable/Reicevable Fluent English and French

We are currently looking for a Junior Accountant - Account Payable/Reicevable Fluent English and French Our client is an important player operating in the Mobility Service Sector. The selected candidate will support the Finance Division with a focus on accounting activities for branches and foreign markets. Responsibilities Book all incoming invoices and ensure correct general ledger and departmental imputations Match invoices to purchase orders and investigate discrepancies Oversee the full purchase invoice lifecycle: reception, approval, booking, and archiving Reconcile balance sheet accounts and provide detailed analysis of open items Record and reconcile bank statements and transactions Assist with month-end and year-end closings Contribute to improvements in the invoice processing workflow and minimize risk of lost invoices Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accounting accuracy and efficiency Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field At least 1 years of experience in an accounting role focused on Accounts Payable or Receivable Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) is considered a plus Fluent in Italian, English, and French (both written and spoken) Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude This position is based in Rome. Contract and salary commensurate with seniority.
