Position Overview
We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Mental Health Professionals to join our team as 1099 independent contractors. A Professional License is not required for this position


Location: Scranton, PA


Pay

  • You will be compensated at a rate of $30 per completed session for the first 15 clients seen each week. For any sessions beyond 15 in a given week, compensation will transition to a 50/50 revenue split, allowing for increased earning potential as your caseload grows

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties:

  • Conduct individual and family therapy sessions
  • Perform intake evaluations and assessments
  • Develop therapeutic relationships focused on recovery and wellness
  • Provide care across the lifespan, including children (training available if needed)

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation consistent with licensing, insurance, and company standards
  • Coordinate care with internal and external providers
  • Participate in clinical collaboration and supervision as required

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in a recognized clinical discipline, including Social Work, Psychology, rehabilitation, Activity Therapies, or Counseling, is required.
  • Must have completed an internship or practicum during your graduate program
  • Experience with individual therapy and intake evaluations or similar services/care
  • Assessment/diagnosis, coordination of care, documentation and critical execution of therapeutic modalities experience
  • Technological proficiency and ability to navigate EHR systems
  • Commitment to high standards of clinical care and ethical practice
  • Ability and willingness to complete documentation within an established timeframe
  • Professional License not required
