Medical/Dental/Vision/401k Unlimited PTO Job Details About the Role: (5 DAYS IN OFFICE ROLE) We are seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role is ideal for a strategic litigator with deep experience in litigation who thrives in high-stakes environments and is passionate about advocating for clients in complex disputes. Responsibilities Handle all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies Represent clients in court and administrative hearings Draft legal documents and correspondence Maintain compliance with firm billing and reporting standards Qualifications JD from an ABA-accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the Illinois or New York State Bar 3–10 years of litigation experience (defense or plaintiff-side) Strong writing and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines Experience in med mal, transportation, or nursing home litigation is a plus (Chicago) Experience in commercial litigation or employment law is a plus (NYC) Preferred Traits “Feisty” and proactive attitude toward litigation (as noted by Chicago Attorney Role-Candidates Needed 4) Interest in joining a collaborative, fast-paced, and inclusive legal team Willingness to grow into broader roles including risk management or in-house counsel Interested in hearing more?
