Job Details Key Responsibilities Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, including case assessment, discovery, negotiation, settlement, and trial preparation. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance throughout their cases. Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and litigation support staff to ensure thorough case development. Participate in firm-wide strategy sessions for mass tort and product liability cases when needed. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in North Carolina. 2 years of experience in personal injury, premises liability, workers’ compensation, or related litigation. Strong courtroom and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage a caseload independently while working in a team-oriented environment.
