Legal PA – Yachts Prestigious global law firm client is seeking to further expand their Transactional Yachts & Shipping team in London by hiring a new, permanent highly experienced Legal PA. Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote) 9:30-17:30 working hours Stunning offices in a fantastic City location This is a wonderful opportunity for a professional and dependable Legal PA to join a highly regarded City law firm, who has a strong interest in supporting the team with business development and marketing activities too! Legal PA Key Responsibilities: Extensive diary management for your team, arranging meetings, booking rooms, including arranging refreshments/catering Opening and closing matters in compliance with the firm's case management procedures, including drafting letters of engagement and other correspondence Arranging the travel plans and bookings of your team, including preparation of detailed travel itineraries and expense reimbursements Assisting your team in their various marketing and business development activities Assisting the Business Development team with the planning and running of client events Liaising with the Knowledge Management team regarding matters related to the continuous professional development of your team Typing urgent/short/confidential correspondence, including meeting minutes and notes Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements: At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role within a law firm is essential Highly skilled on all MS Office applications Have a positive approach to daily tasks and have a solutions-focused working method Flexible regarding working hours, arriving earlier, and staying later when the job or business requires
