A tremendous opportunity for a thriving and experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or a licensed Conveyancer to join a Legal 500 firm as a Residential Property Conveyancer. In this role you will mentoring and inspiring a small team, whilst driving the department’s growth and success. THE ROLE: You will lead, guide, and inspire a close-knit and energetic team while managing a varied caseload of residential property matters. Alongside providing technical expertise and support to junior colleagues, you will play a key role in mentoring their development. Working closely with the Head of Residential Property, you will also contribute to the department’s ongoing growth and overall success. THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate, whether you are a skilled Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer, will have 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing. They will possess excellent IT skills including a good understanding of case management systems. With outstanding organisational skills and great attention to detail, this candidate will also have previous experience in managing and mentoring others.
