Job post summary Date posted: 25 July 2025 Pay: £14.00 per hour Job description: Overview We are seeking a skilled Class 2 refuse driver to join our team in wrexham Hours 6am-6pm typically finish by 4/5pm Duties Safely manoeuvre vehicles within the yard and designated areas. Perform shunting operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods to loading and unloading zones. Conduct pre-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure they are in safe working condition. Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and deliveries. Collaborate with warehouse staff to facilitate smooth loading and unloading processes. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while operating vehicles on-site. Report any maintenance issues or concerns regarding vehicles promptly. Requirements Valid CPC, Driver qual card and driving licence with a clean driving record. Confident in reversing into loading bays. Strong understanding of vehicle operation and safety protocols. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Flexibility in working hours may be required based on operational needs.
