Corporate Partner LONDON

Large commercial law firm in the City is seeking to recruit a Corporate Partner to their London office. The team assists clients from a broad range of sectors including retail, energy, tech, FIG and infrastructure and provides transactional advice on: • public and private M&A • joint ventures and equities issues • public company work (particularly AIM and Standard List admissions) • reverse takeovers • capital raisings. The successful candidate, as well as assisting on and overseeing large transactions, will also provide high-level, strategic advice to the boards and senior management of companies. Experience of managing or supervising more junior fee earners is also required.
