Job Title: Cloud Migration Lead Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics NAV(France) Location: L'Epinglerie, La Chapelle-d’Aligné, 72300, France (Remote option available for candidates from other EU countries). Language Requirement: Fluent in French & English Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Cloud Migration Lead Consultant to drive the end-to-end migration of Customer local Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central instance to the cloud. This role will act as the primary liaison for France IT and business leadership team, ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on ERP migration experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead the complete migration of Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central Cloud, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Serve as the primary point of contact for France-based teams and global IT stakeholders, managing expectations and delivering project updates. Conduct comprehensive production readiness assessments and oversee go-live execution. Design and deliver tailored financial and functional training to end-users at major project milestones. Provide onsite support during critical phases, including go-live and post-migration stabilization. Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to best practices in cloud ERP migration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and leverage cloud capabilities for operational efficiency. Qualifications: 10 years of proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central implementations, including cloud migrations. Deep understanding of financial, operational, and regulatory processes in a multi-country context. Demonstrated success in leading complex ERP migration projects from on-premises to cloud environments. Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills. Fluent in French with professional proficiency in English. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. Preferred: Prior experience in multinational ERP rollouts. Familiarity with data migration, integration tools, and ERP reporting best practices. Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central or Cloud ERP solutions.
