I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a growing company specializing in the recovery of residual materials, located on the North Shore of Montreal. I am currently recruiting for a Production Manager - Permanent position, 40 hours/week - Salary between $90,000 and $145,000 depending on the profile. Reporting to the Operations Department, your mission will be to supervise and optimize production and logistics flows, relying on advanced digital tools and a committed team. You will play a key role in structuring processes, continuous improvement, and interdepartmental coordination in an environment focused on innovation, sustainability, and performance. Your responsibilities- Analyze production data in real time to anticipate volumes, plan resources, and identify levers for continuous improvement- Structure production and transportation operations to maximize efficiency, safety, and compliance with environmental standards- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring their dissemination and understanding among teams- Supervise operational teams and support them in the daily management of their activities- Implement participatory management practices to strengthen employee autonomy and accountability- Manage strategic process transformation projects or the integration of new technologies- Collaborate closely with the technical, maintenance, and quality departments to ensure a high level of operational compliance- Actively contribute to the company's long-term vision, in line with challenges related to the circular economy and sustainable development goals Your professional skills- Operational leadership and ability to mobilize teams- Strong appetite for technological innovation and Data-driven management- Ability to analyze, structure, and transform complex environments- Excellent time, priority, and human resource management- Communication and teaching skills to encourage buy-in for change Your profile- Technical or university training in industrial engineering, operations, or logistics- Minimum 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in an industrial or logistics environment- Proficiency in performance management tools (KPIs, ERP, dashboards)- Experience in a structured environment with high operational requirements- Knowledge of environmental issues or recovery/recycling processes (an asset)- Bilingualism (French/English) (an asset) Working conditions- Salary: between $90,000 and $145,000 depending on experience- Permanent, full-time daytime position, based on the North Shore- Benefits: group insurance, pension plan Retirement savings, stimulating environment- Human-centered corporate culture, focused on transparency, accountability, and sustainability
