Role Description: • Support the development, execution of project plans and implementation of programs within Products & Strategy (P&S) • Partner with the business designated leads on transformational projects • Establish and maintain appropriate reporting for PMO program/project governance, segment, and enterprise requirements. • Support the Director, Governance & Project Management with planning, forecasting and visual trend analysis of Products & Strategy application development and business-related project spend • Lead and coordinate initiatives to improve business performance measurement and reporting with various stakeholders. • Generate management updates and summaries for boards and other senior operating committees. • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency • Conducts program(s)/project(s) in accordance with Financial Groups standard project management discipline, consistently following Enterprise Initiative Management Framework. • Seeks out industry trends and organization knowledge to understand alternative approaches / solutions. Required Skill Set: • Undergraduate degree in business or finance • Minimum years of project management experience • PMP certification • Demonstrated leadership ability in leading large cross-enterprise projects/programs with high level of value (benefit/cost), and/or high level of complexity and uncertainty OR managing sub-projects/programs with high level of value (benefit/cost). • Strong communication skills and ability to present information effectively and interact with senior management and multiple stakeholders • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to detail • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint • Knowledge of Planview • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain business tools and applications to enable report development • Ability to independently identify strategic and tactical opportunities and priorities Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
