Required Skills: • Good years of experience in Project Management with at least good years in the Telecom domain. • Hands-on experience in Telecom projects. • Certifications PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum certifications preferred. • Strong understanding of Telecom technologies, operations, and business processes. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Primavera, etc.). • Lead and manage the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of Telecom projects (OSS, BSS, Network Rollout, Fiber, Mobility, 5G, IoT, etc.). • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. • Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and customers to ensure successful delivery. • Track project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and cost. • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies create mitigation strategies. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies. • Manage stakeholder expectations through regular status reporting and governance meetings. • Drive process improvements and best practices in project management within Telecom environments. • Support pre-sales and proposal development when required (RFP, RFI responses). Implement best practices for data governance, security, and cost optimization in Big Query. • Monitor and optimize query performance and storage costs.
