Are you comfortable analyzing business and technical metrics to identify opportunities for development with our partners? If so, this position is for you. We are seeking a Technical Business Development Manager to strengthen our relationships with integrators in LatAm (e.g., ERPs, Marketplace Hubs). Your responsibilities will include building partnerships, monitoring and developing key business metrics, and supporting all commercial and technical initiatives to grow the 3P business in Brazil. The Head of Integration must balance Amazon's objectives with the needs of integrators and sellers, ensuring sustainable development plans with our partners. This role requires negotiation skills, task management, and technical knowledge to discuss systems architecture, IT projects, and technical support. Key job responsibilities Manage business relationships with integrators Oversee the technical development of Amazon features through partners Manage the product development roadmap, remove roadblocks, and report to stakeholders Maintain a stable and secure technical environment Structure and monitor initiatives with integrators (and technical teams) Communicate key issues with external and internal teams and work collaboratively to resolve them Understand seller experience in relation to integrators and basic technical integrations Basic Qualifications Experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements Experience in a professional field or military service Experience influencing leadership decisions at organizational levels Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating releases Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology, or equivalent Proficiency in English, both written and spoken Preferred Qualifications Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations Experience negotiating and executing complex legal agreements Experience with technology transformation initiatives Our inclusive culture empowers Amazon employees to deliver the best results for our customers.
