RPA Automation Engineer

Overview We are looking for an Automation Engineer to design, build, and optimize automation solutions that support our SaaS products and internal operations. You will work hands-on with Python, SQL, and automation tools to streamline workflows, enhance system performance, and deliver scalable integrations. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across development, QA, and operations teams, contributing to projects from requirements gathering through to deployment. What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions in Python for software testing, data processing, ETL, and other recurring workflows. Build and manage automated ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data across multiple platforms. Develop and execute automated test cases (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure quality and reliability. Write and optimize scripts to integrate with APIs and external systems, improving operational efficiency. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance automation scripts for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing. Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and integrate automation into business workflows. Document automation scripts, frameworks, and processes for knowledge sharing and future maintenance. What You Bring 3 years of professional experience developing automation solutions. Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries for automation and data manipulation (e.g., Pandas, Regular Expressions). Experience with Python Playwright for UI automation. Advanced SQL skills, preferably with MySQL. Proficiency with version control tools (e.g., Git). Strong understanding of process workflows and business process automation principles.
