Overview Strategy & Consulting | Enterprise Architecture Consultant at Accenture Argentina. The Technology Advisory Practice focuses on clients’ strategic priorities, helping achieve growth and efficiency through R&D transformation and redefining business models using agile methodologies. You will work with global clients on end-to-end transformative value and business growth, guiding enterprise leaders, product managers, product owners and delivery teams through transformation and optimization initiatives while supporting the formulation of business strategy, outcomes and capabilities. The role emphasizes development of business and IT strategy and the enterprise architecture of the organization as a whole. You would be expected to contribute to growing revenue, optimizing costs, mitigating risks and improving sustainability by aligning business strategy with IT architecture and operating models. Responsibilities Facilitate alignment between business and IT, and across the democratized IT landscape Engage business and IT stakeholders, building and maintaining relationships Adapt to changing business and operating models Analyze trends and disruptions, and assess their impact on targeted business outcomes Tell stories to visualize the future state and trigger long-term planning Support various operating models such as project-centric and product-centric Communicate the value of enterprise architecture, and its portfolio of services Drive the evolution of the EA teams services and operating model Scope of Activities As an Enterprise Architect, demonstrate competencies across four key dimensions: Support Formulation of Strategy and Guide Execution – Analyse business and operating models, market trends and the technology industry to determine their potential impact on the enterprise’s business strategy, direction, and architecture. Provide perspective on the readiness of the organization to change and innovate through scenario planning techniques, and supports formulation of business strategy. Use planning-driven, design-driven and learning-driven approaches to construct future- and current-state business models. Connects Strategy to Execution Facilitate business and IT alignment, connecting strategy to execution, through a collaborative, supportive and consultative manner, driving the organization’s digital business strategies and balancing innovation and growth. Translate and guide execution of business strategy to achieve the organization’s targeted business outcomes. Construct technology-enabled business and operating models and provide viable options and visibility into execution issues. Build and Maintain Relationships – Build the EA value proposition, contributing to positioning the EA practice as an internal management consultancy, offering services and skills to support the development and execution of business strategy. Determine the relationship between people, processes, information, technology and other components of the enterprise operating model. Enable value-based messaging and manage cross-functional relationships Provide consultative advice, adapted to stakeholder context, to business leaders and organizational stakeholders who seek actionable recommendations to make investment decisions about the next business and operating model of their organization, using technology to enable change. Facilitate interaction with business leaders, product managers and product owners in business-driven conversations about risks and implications of product decisions. Orchestrate the Delivery of Business Outcomes – Position the EA practice at the intersection of business and IT to formulate, translate and execute business strategy. Work with business architects and leaders to identify key drivers and targeted outcomes to derive useful business context. Analyze future-state capabilities and IT environment to detect gaps and opportunities and recommend improvements to drive outcomes. Identify organizational requirements for resources, structure and cultural changes to support enterprise architecture. Support Solution Design and Delivery – Maintain alignment and coordination of architecture activities across programs, projects and products as they evolve. Present gap analyses and IT investment roadmaps reflecting the current IT landscape and future-state capabilities. Develop an implementation plan for the enterprise architecture based on business requirements and delivery models. Develop and apply minimal viable architectures with guardrails through the EA governance model, enabling decision-making within defined boundaries. Collaborate with delivery, product management and product delivery teams to ensure consistency with the enterprise architecture and leverage shared technologies. Qualifications Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field, or equivalent experience. 4 years of experience in strategic and operations planning and/or business analysis, or as an enterprise architecture consultant. 4 years of experience in at least two disciplines such as business, information, solution or technical architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management or operations in a multitier environment. Technical Skills Knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT, data and predictive analytics. Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools and frameworks. Understanding of information management, SDLC, IT services management, agile/lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, and EA/ITIL frameworks. Understanding of operating models (project-centric and product-centric) and enterprise-scale agile principles. Awareness of emerging technologies and processing environments. Strong soft skills and facilitation; excellent stakeholder management and consulting capabilities. Understanding of all components of enterprise architecture and related principles and processes. Industry Experience Functional understanding of end-to-end CPG value chain and capabilities. Experience in at least one capability area such as Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Distribution. Understanding of architecting for CPG clients, including solution/technical architecture. Familiarity with key platforms used in the CPG industry (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, MS Dynamics, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Siemens Teamcenter, Shopify).
