Overview Last Mile Channel Lead, Amazon Logistica. The role involves managing a team of carrier management specialists, monitoring Amazon Logistics carriers performance, and coordinating capacity planning with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities Select, train and manage carrier relationship specialists Accumulate data from various sources, identify relevant data, and present it to support action Forecast implications based on current data and trends and take necessary actions Be organized, proactive, and communicate situations clearly and promptly Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, respecting objectives, limits, conformance, and information privacy Dive deep into root causes of operational issues Create and track operational metrics Willing to work during weekends/holidays Basic Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Employee and performance management experience Previous experience in last mile transportation/account management MS Office experience with advanced Excel Fluent English, both oral and written Preferred Qualifications Performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or similar SQL or other programming language Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
