What You Will Do Drive product development of the Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products, focusing on usability, quality, and features. Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and ensure timely delivery. Develop a clean, reusable client integration system following secure cloud software best practices. Contribute to technical documentation and automate build and deployment processes to increase engineering efficiency. Must Have Proven experience in technical end-to-end product ownership and meeting deadlines. 3 years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer with React. 3 years of experience as a Back End Developer with Java. High proficiency in Typescript. Experience with contemporary frontend bundlers, package managers, and build tools. Knowledge of or experience with microservices architecture. Upper-Intermediate English level. Nice to Haves Experience building software in the cloud. AI-assisted development experience using tools like Windsurf, Cursor, or similar.
