Key Responsibilities Creative To produce and craft original and usable concepts and art direction in response to creative briefs To present work internally and externally in a clear and professional manner To manage creative output of the team to ensure consistency and quality of work delivered Client Service Work closely with relevant account teams, ensuring effective communication and management of teams expectations Work with account teams to understand the clients brand and manage projects in a way that will support the delivery of the brand Actively encourage and facilitate collaboration within the team and other departments within the agency. To develop the client relationship to support the delivery of the creative work Business Management To develop the creative department to anticipate and reflect the changing needs of TBWA Hunt Lascaris and its clients Accurate recording of work tim People Disseminate learning through your creative teams and coach team members To develop skills and knowledge within yourself and your team through on the job development, active participation in the agency and department (e.g. Mindpools, training, and other company meetings) Provide feedback to the Executive Creative Director regarding improvements that could be made to the department and agency Create clear development plans for yourself and your team and set out to achieve your goals Performance Measures Creative Do you produce and craft original and usable concepts and art direction in response to creative briefs?
