Key Performance Areas Monitoring and documenting feed production in line with legislation Product registrations with the Department of Agriculture Supporting and assisting Purchasing Department with decisions on specialized raw materials Provide nutritional support to the sales team Maintain the contamination protocols in conjunction with the Quality Manager. Planning farmers days Requirements University Degree in Animal Husbandry/Nutrition Possession of a valid code 08/EB drivers license Holds a SACNASP registration Experience 5 Years experience in a similar position in a Animal Feed environment An understanding of HACCP and ISO 22 000 quality systems would be advantageous Knowledge and understanding of linear programming and least cost formulation is required
