Our client, a South African financial services provider focused on facilitating fast, secure, and compliant international money transfers for both individuals and businesses, is looking for a sharp, detail-driven Client Success Coordinator to help them deliver a world-class onboarding experience to their clients. Youll sit at the intersection of Sales, Compliance, and our Dealing Desk ensuring every client is activated with everything in place for fast, frictionless FX execution every time. This is a junior role, ideal for someone eager to learn how a high-growth financial business operates behind the scenes. Youll work closely with the Sales Support Specialist to coordinate client journeys that are not only efficient but aligned with the brand experience they are building. WHAT YOULL BE DOING Client Onboarding & Success Flow · Manage the full onboarding journey from Sales handoff through to full FX capability including trading, foreign investment flows, and cross-border payments. · Guide clients through KYC, FICA, AIT (Approval for International Transfers), and SARB requirements keeping them informed and supported every step of the way. · Collaborate with Compliance to ensure document flows are completed quickly and accurately. · Track client onboarding stages in real time, flag friction points early, and follow up consistently. · Act as the central contact for onboarding and FX-related client queries Sales & Dealing Desk Support · Coordinate with the Dealing Desk to ensure clients are operationally ready: forms submitted, limits approved, systems prepped. · Support the Sales team by keeping onboarding pipelines up-to-date, meetings booked, and clients moving forward. · Prepare meeting notes, status reports, and internal updates so teams are aligned at all times. CRM & Process Management · Ensure all CRM entries and onboarding data are complete, consistent, and actively maintained with no duplication, gaps, or lag in updates. · Log activity and progress with discipline and accuracy. · Track key onboarding metrics (e.g. turnaround times, time to trade) and surface insights that help us scale faster and smarter. · Contribute to refining our onboarding handguide from templates and tooling to automation and coordination workflows. · Assist with select Dealing Desk tasks, including submitting BOPs, preparing payment instructions, and ensuring supporting documentation is in place. WHAT YOU BRING · Strong communication skills clear, thoughtful, and professional. · A high level of organisation and attention to detail. · Confidence using CRMs, spreadsheets, task boards, and client tracking tools. · A proactive approach you spot roadblocks and move to clear them before they cause delays. · Calm under pressure, especially when juggling multiple clients and priorities.
