UX/UI Designer

Qualifications Bachelors degree in design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field. 24 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer (or similar role). Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and UI design skills. Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar). Solid understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility (WCAG). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers. Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or prototyping tools. Knowledge of user analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, GA4). Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
