Creative Director

You will be supervising a cross-functional team consisting of graphic designers, art director, photographers/videographers, and project managers to strategically develop and execute deliverables. It will be your responsibility to prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short and long-term needs, establishing production schedules in collaboration with designers, copywriters, and production departments. Conducting brainstorming sessions with the creative team to generate innovative and actionable creative initiatives will be crucial.You will review and approve art developed by the team to ensure that the deliverables effectively address marketing goals and challenges. Presenting final concepts and obtaining approvals for deliverables will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns, overseeing production within budget and timelines, and developing integrated content across various marketing channels.You should possess proven experience in leading a team of creative talent and demonstrate a strong creative vision aligned with business objectives. Applying best practices in user interface and interactive design, including image optimization and site mapping, is essential. Proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Flash is required, and experience with Adobe After Effects and video editing is a plus.The job requires a minimum of 8-10 years of related experience, with at least 7 years in creative direction within an agency or corporate setting. Prior project management experience with a focus on creative direction is preferred.
