Machine Learning Engineer (CCR VOC) Tech Lead, TikTok E-commerce Governance Responsibilities Lead the CCR & VOC algorithm team, setting the technical development direction and OKR targets. Optimize algorithms in the CCR domain and explore technical solutions based on LLMs to improve accuracy and business applicability. Optimize algorithms in the VOC domain to explore LLMs and enhance risk discovery capabilities. Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to ensure the accuracy and stability of CCR metrics, promoting them as core metrics in e-commerce. Stay updated on the latest technological trends in the industry and drive the application and implementation of new technologies in the CCR & VOC domains. Qualifications Minimum qualifications Strong foundation in machine learning technologies, understanding of cutting-edge AI technologies, and familiarity with big data frameworks and applications. Bachelor and above in Computer Science or related fields. Solid programming skills and a strong background in data structures and algorithms; expertise in 1-2 areas such as NLP, computer vision (CV), and multimodal models. Strong team spirit and communication skills, with the ability to explore and advance the implementation of new technologies collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications Management experience is a plus; experience in e-commerce is preferred. Experience in the practical implementation of LLMs; candidates with experience in content safety and e-commerce are preferred.
