Overview Location: Mattar MRT / Serangoon MRT We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our expanding team as a Principal at our campuses. As a Principal, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team and ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our young learners. Responsibilities Provide leadership to the childcare center, fostering a positive and supportive environment for staff, children, and parents. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, including curriculum development, staff management, and budgeting. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and child welfare. Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement innovative and developmentally appropriate curriculum and programs. Build strong relationships with parents and the community, effectively communicating the center's mission, policies, and programs. Requirements Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL) At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a childcare setting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and childcare management software.
