About the company Our Client is a leading IT Services & Consulting company About the job Lead Solution Implementation: Take ownership of solution design and lead the end-to-end implementation for clients, from initial concept to final delivery. Design and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive design reviews and perform data quality assurance to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of our solutions. Client & Sales Engagement: Manage communication with external client teams throughout the sales cycle and post-sales delivery. Contribute to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) by providing expert content and technical solutions. Auditing and Enhancement: Audit existing client implementations to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic enhancements. Process Alignment: Implement and align business processes with ITIL best practices. Manager/Team: This role reports to a senior IT Head Skills and experience required Minimum of 5 years in IT or customer support, with at least 3 years as a technical consultant or business analyst focused on ServiceNow implementation. Proven experience working with ServiceNow Technology Workflows, including ITSM, ITOM. A minimum of 1 year of experience implementing and aligning business processes with ITIL best practices. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SQL, XML, and other web-based technologies. Certifications: At least one relevant ServiceNow CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certification is required. Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while demonstrating a positive, problem-solving attitude.
