Head of Marketing to oversee the full-fledged marketing responsibilities locally. About the company Our client is a QSR brand with a long standing presence. Key responsibilities Define and execute a holistic marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives. Lead integrated marketing initiatives to support product rollouts, seasonal campaigns, and brand milestones. Champion brand consistency across all touchpoints, including visual communications, packaging, and customer experiences. Oversee the development of marketing assets that reflect the brand's identity and tone. Manage and optimize multi-channel efforts across digital, print, events, and partner activations. Leverage data to monitor campaign performance and refine future marketing initiatives. Drive innovation through digital and customer engagement platforms such as loyalty programs, CRM, and online commerce. Oversee content development for digital platforms, ensuring strong storytelling and audience relevance. Oversee budget planning and ensure effective resource allocation and ROI measurement. Lead and grow a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Qualifications and experience Marketing experience in QSR brands is a basic requirement. Minimum 8 of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role for a QSR brand Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Proven success in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies in the F&B industry. Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies. Strong leadership and communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand aesthetics.
