You will be instrumental in driving Macquarie’s key strategic initiatives and navigating complex business issues, spanning strategic planning, revenue growth, business development, innovation, M&A, digital transformation, energy transition, and organizational change. You will work closely with our businesses and senior leaders on a range of impactful projects that make a tangible difference to our business, clients, and broader communities. What you offer Tertiary qualifications from a top university with strong academic results 4 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years from a top management consulting firm, investment bank, or private equity firm Track record of facilitating and delivering strategic projects and/or complex transactions that produce commercially sound and practical results Demonstrable interest in market and technology developments, curiosity about financial markets, and an entrepreneurial drive to identify and realize opportunities Strong team player and collaborator comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
