With plan for investment in IT, they are now looking for a new CIO | Senior VP of IT | Head of IT, to manage the IT team and lead their IT Digital transformation within the group. About the job Your responsibility involves: Providing thought leadership for the internal IT (Software Development & Devops, Enterprise Application / ERP, Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure and Data & AI) team Managing IT demands from senior business stakeholders - setting and managing their expectations, identifying needs and providing solutions. Partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize demands to drive IT digitalization initiatives, exploiting new and emerging technologies and translating them into viable IT Digital implementations Providing IT strategic planning and direction for the IT roadmap. This includes driving IT digitalization initiatives, identifying suitable technology and translating them into viable IT Digital implementations. Skills and experience required As a successful applicant, you will have at least 10 years of managerial experience with a sizable team (at least 20 headcount) and at least 8 years of experience as an overall Head of IT/Technology. Proven track record in managing SAP, Security, and infrastructure is required. Exposure to managing software development / Devops is highly preferred. Proven track record of engaging with C-level/senior stakeholders is required.
