Privacy Policy By applying to this job posting, you agree with and acknowledge our privacy policy . Job Summary Manage all aspects of quality performance in North America region. This includes customer & supplier interaction. Management of site quality leaders and performance. Focus on incident and COPQ reduction to drive customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities Set quality KPI’s & goals for the region / sites and provide direction to the sites to meet these goals. This includes incident & COPQ% reduction. Ensure project transfers & new programs are successful and follow NPI systems. Provide technical & QMS leadership to the sites to improve product quality and other quality related services. Help resolve quality related problems at the site level. Includes management with customers on any escalations. Manage regional quality team (advance quality, customer quality) & site quality managers. Develop plans in strengthening the QA resources & capabilities in the region. Conduct regular quality audits on system, operations and products to ensure conformance to ISO/IATF Standards, internal specifications and other customer specific requirements. Keep abreast of our customer Quality needs and develop plans to address these issues. Support corporate initiatives, such as OEM readiness, Layered Process Audit, Kaizen event, A3 problem solving, RFMEA etc. Share best practice across the sites and build synergy. Review the Quality training needs in the region and develop action plans to address these needs. Take on special assignments and projects as assigned from time to time by the Global Quality VP. Qualifications 15 years of manufacturing excellence / quality leadership experience in the automotive industry. Prefer experience with connectors & mechatronic components. Experience working with Tier 1 or OEM required. Direct experience with IATF16949, core tools & VDA quality requirements. VDA 6.3 QMC certification is a plus. BS, with preference in Engineering. Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt preferred. Effective Organization, Prioritization, Time Management, & Project Management skills Must be a self-starter with a strong drive for continuous improvement. Must possess strong motivation & teambuilding skills. Excellent oral / written English communication skills. Advanced computer skills to include knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Extensive travel to Ennovi locations in Mexico, NJ & RI.
