Responsibilities Manage customer complaints coming from site; Monitor the status of the complaint and act as a single interface with customers; Minimize costs associated with the complaints; Identify/resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget; Coordinate different departments to provide fast and effective solution to customers (materials, activities and reports); Ensure the flow of information needed by the parties involved to solve issues and identify sustainable improvements; Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing; Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., International Standards Organization). Your background Engineering degree or technical diploma; Excellent knowledge of English and Italian language ; Ability of problem solving and communication skills; Certification PMI/PMP is a plus; SAP knowledge is a plus; Previous experience of Project management of at least 1/2 years is nice to have.
