As a security expert, you’ll partner with Sales to advise on and deploy Trend Micro’s next-gen cybersecurity solutions, shape client strategies, and build trusted relationships. What You’ll Do Serve as the technical lead for enterprise customers in Italy Understand customer needs and recommend tailored security solutions Deliver engaging technical demos and presentations Guide deployments, troubleshoot, and ensure best practices Influence customer security strategies through technical leadership Respond to tenders and deliver product training Travel across Italy for client engagements as needed What You’ll Bring 3 years in IT solution delivery, ideally with a cybersecurity focus Passion for security and solving customer challenges Clear communication and confident technical presenting Experience with large enterprise environments Nice to Have Knowledge of networking, web / email security, Windows / Linux Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and other cloud platforms Perks of Being a Trender We prioritize your wellbeing—offering medical coverage, mental health support, and much more.
