Mentor and train teams on cost modeling techniques, cultivating a culture of cost awareness within the organization. Qualifications & Skills Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field. Advanced English language skills are required. 3 to 5 years of experience in product development, focusing on cost and value engineering, with expertise in active and passive components. Proficient in deploying cost engineering strategies effectively and influencing cross-functional teams. Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to structure and solve complex problems. Proficiency in project management methods.
