Our customers are clinical and non-clinical, mainly (but not exclusively) within Interventional Cardiology. They include Cardiologists, Theatre- and Catlab- managers, Specialist nurses, Directorate managers, and Procurement. Our product/therapy is a groundbreaking innovation in the space of physiology assessment. CathWorks (CWX) recreates a 3D model of a coronary artery tree by elaborating 3 angiograms, allowing the user to assess the severity of vessel lesions in a non-invasive device-free approach. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute first training on using CWX suite: shadow potential users in running demo cases, provide F2F theoretical training, assist and guide users in initial clinical procedures, and execute training follow-ups on new or existing users related to CWX tools or functionalities Drive adoption of the CWX suite in the initial phase after installation and training, in close collaboration with the local Sales Representative in charge of the target account Assist and support local commercial resources (Sales Reps, Marketing) in delivering in-depth product presentations (including demo cases) in target accounts Train local Sales Reps during live and demo cases to obtain certification on proficient usage of the technology Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters through one-on-one trainings, in-service education programs, seminars, or outside symposiums; provide training and resources to enable hospital staff to train their personnel (train-the-trainer) Ensure tracking and measurement of activities at account level by local SR in coordination with the WE HQ team Required Knowledge and Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, nursing, biology, or other life sciences and a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or roles involving complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry, plus knowledge of angiograms (imaging systems) and heart anatomy Strong project management skills and experience coordinating and executing marketing programs Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service and problem-resolution skills Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels Ability to travel extensively up to 80% of the time in the country of residence and main EU countries Physical Job Requirements The above statements describe the general nature and level of work and are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and skills for this position.
