Job Description
Job Description What will you take care of? You will be part of the HSE department, and you will: Perform all tasks required by the aforementioned regulations, particularly managing staff training, health monitoring, and protective equipment, ensuring compliance with respective deadlines. Implement environmental regulations and the ISO 14001 management system. Manage environmental aspects such as waste, atmospheric and subsurface emissions, external noise, etc. Handle AIA (Integrated Environmental Authorization) issues. Analyze and manage accident data and monitor near-misses. Qualifications Education: Degree in engineering. A master's degree or specialized courses related to Corporate Management Systems, Safety, Environment, and Quality are preferable. Experience and know-how: The ideal candidate has at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position within industrial contexts. Interest in topics related to health and safety in industrial settings. In-depth knowledge of regulations regarding workplace safety (Legislative Decree 81 / 2008). Personality Teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Additional Information The employee will be hired through a fixed-term leasing contract .
