Litigation Specialist

We are excited to expand our team, and we are looking for an enthusiastic professional to be hired as : Litigation Specialist Skills & Experience 5 or more years experience in domestic and international litigation; ability to analyse technical documentation and complex legislation (including the interaction between EU and national laws) and provide practical advice; ability to draft in both English and Italian legal documentation and judicial pleas; skilled in legal and case law research; skilled in use of PCT through the most relevant consoles (e.G., “Service 1”); fluent Italian and English; enthusiastic and engaged attitude with excellent people skills and a good, clear communication style; teamwork is vital and you will often work alongside with colleagues in our overseas offices; strong ITskills (e.G.
