Technical Training Expert

Overview Technical Training Lead The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs that drive business growth and meet performance targets. This position requires a highly skilled professional who can collaborate with various stakeholders to create product-specific training modules, develop training strategies aligned with sales and product goals, and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs for new and existing customers and sales team members. To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train diverse audiences and simplify complex technical concepts. Strong project management and organizational skills are also essential. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute training strategies aligned with sales and product goals; Deliver onboarding and continuous training programs for new and existing customers and sales team members; Collaborate with BA MKT team, with product offer leaders and technical teams to create product-specific training modules; Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps; Facilitate in-person and virtual training workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions; Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics; Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Industrial Management, or related field; Professional certification in training, instructional design, or sales preferred; 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial / B2B sector; Strong understanding of B2B industrial product sales processes (e.g., machinery, components, tools, etc.).
