Senior Finance/Business Analyst

Overview: We are recruiting a senior professional in financial and business analysis for a multinational food company, well positioned in industrial production. The candidate will work alongside the CFO, supporting with strategic financial and performance analysis. For this role, we are selecting experienced managers and, unfortunately, we can't consider junior candidates or those with less than 5 years of relevant experience. Total package salary: 45.000€ - 60.000€ (salary bonus). Based on the candidate's expertise. Responsibilities Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive business performance, profitability and growth. Ensure efficiency and compliance with internal and external requirements Integration of the company into the internal and external reporting of the group Manage forecasts, budgets, and prepare management reports, including actual vs. plan vs. last year analysis, cost analysis incl. regular coordination with local management, and p&l deep dive Responsibility for production controlling & monitoring of the investment activity Support pricing, sales planning and scenario analysis for new market opportunities Support cash & working capital management Qualifications University degree preferably in either of the streams, e.g., Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related experience At least 5–10 years of experience in finance roles, including finance business partnering in an international environment Sound knowledge of Italian statutory requirements and IFRS Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to communicate insights also to non-finance stakeholders Experience coordinating with Finance Shared Services Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion and/or OneStream; advanced Excel skills required. Power BI is considered a plus. Fluent in Italian and English. Soft skills High level of leadership and operational ownership; able to cooperate and manage cross functional teams.
