Job Description
Responsibilities Coordinating the General Services Team consisting of 3 resources; Manage and take care of the corporate Italian office in the headquarter and in the regional offices Planning, optimization and modernization of our 7 offices in Italy incl. renovations and office moves Manage the preventive and corrective maintenance programme for equipments; Ensuring the constant and efficient provision of utilities services (electricity, water, gas, telephony, etc.) at headquarter / regional offices, managing any emergencies and / or alarms; Provide stationery, furniture and furnishings, and all non-core company assets in accordance with Group policies; Managing and supervising the company car fleet of 140 cars (negotiations of frame contracts with leasing companies, manufacturers and service providers, updating the car policy) Negotiation of mobile phone frame contract and hardware deals Manage the contractualization of services / goods within its competence and manage contracts with any external supply companies within approved budgets; Developing internal staff welfare services, managing break areas and agreements with catering / wellness / mobility services for the Group's people. Supporting the various corporate functions in the organization of external events. Support the Employer and the RSPP (external) in matters of safety at work. In particular : Draw up and constantly update the company DVR pursuant to Legislative Decree 81 / 08; assessing risk factors and measures for the safety and health of working environments, in compliance with current legislation; propose worker information and training programs in agreement with HR plan, in collaboration with the Competent Doctor, the health surveillance of workers in agreement with HR coordinating the prevention of and response to emergencies and accidents coordinating the maintenance of fixed and portable fire-fighting equipment installed on the site. Support for company events and meetings Collaborate with the Admin EMEA function for the definition of company policies and support in the development of international projects. The following requirements are essential diploma / degree at least 7 years' experience in a similar role competence managing supply contracts, rental, leasing knowledge and understanding of environment and safety, policies, laws and regulations; Excellent knowledge of Office package. Sap a plus.
