We are expanding our Hardware Design team in Italy (Lecce, Puglia) and are looking for experienced Mid-Level Digital Verification Engineers . Your Role As a Mid-Level Digital Verification Engineer, you will define and execute verification strategies for SoCs, IP blocks, and full-custom ASIC/IC designs. You will ensure high-quality silicon delivery and collaborate with senior engineers. Responsibilities Define verification strategies and architectures (SystemVerilog, UVM, C-driven, etc.) Develop verification plans aligned with design specifications Create and implement testbenches and automated regression suites Lead functional coverage and constrained-random verification efforts Continuously improve verification methodology and flow MSc/BSc in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related field Experience in digital verification (UVM, Formal, or equivalent) Experience debugging RTL and mixed-signal designs Familiarity with verification tools (ModelSim, VCS, Questa, or similar) Knowledge of DFT techniques and configuration management (Git, SVN) Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams Proficiency in English (written & spoken) Preferred / Nice to Have Basic understanding of processor ISAs and DSP concepts Exposure to real-time embedded systems and HW/SW co-debugging Software development experience in C/C++ Scripting experience (Python, Perl, Shell) Familiarity with AI/ML accelerators or neural network hardware Coverage-driven verification and constrained-random testing experience What We Offer Competitive salary package Collaborative, innovative environment with career growth opportunities Interested?
