About the Role At Innodata, we partner with leading technology companies to build the next generation of generative AI and large language models (LLMs). We are seeking smart, detail-oriented, and curious Language Specialists with native-level fluency in Italian to help shape how AI understands and uses language. This is a unique opportunity for writers, editors, and linguists to contribute to AI innovation. You’ll be instrumental in teaching LLMs to think, reason, and communicate with greater fluency and human-like nuance. Job Title: Language Specialist – LLM Programs (Full time) Language Requirement: Native-level fluency in Italian Key Responsibilities: Creating training data sets for AI models to improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice Annotating data to help AI models align with human values Analyzing and improving grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data and AI-generated text to ensure linguistic accuracy Collaborating with data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to refine data sets Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes Navigating a dynamic environment and adapting to shifting guidelines and priorities Requirements: Native-level fluency in Italian and strong proficiency in English Excellent writing, editing, and linguistic analysis skills Deep understanding of grammar, syntax, and stylistic nuances Research skills and effective fact-checking ability Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines Assessment: Candidates must pass two project-specific assessments designed to evaluate language proficiency and analytical abilities: Assessment 1: English Assessment 2: Italian J-18808-Ljbffr
