About This Vacancy The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing firmware for complex and reliable systems, contributing to innovative and secure solutions for military and security applications. Key Responsibilities Develop embedded firmware for cutting-edge hardware, ensuring high performance and reliability. Collaborate with hardware and software design teams to integrate and optimize systems. Perform debugging, testing, and validation of firmware on real and simulated platforms. Draft detailed technical documentation and adhere to defense industry quality and safety procedures. Support system integration and commissioning phases of hardware and firmware. What We Expect From You Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or related fields. Proven experience in developing embedded firmware, preferably in defense, aerospace, or military sectors. Excellent knowledge of programming languages such as C and C++. Familiarity with real-time systems, microcontrollers, and FPGA/ASIC platforms. Knowledge of debugging and testing tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, IDEs). Ability to work in a team and meet strict safety and quality requirements. Willingness to travel and work in controlled environments. Native Italian speaker and good command of English.
