Job Description

Our products and incident response services are widely used by large enterprises, governments, and militaries for incident response and threat hunting. We are seeking a candidate with in-depth industry knowledge and technical expertise to assist customers in gaining market share and increasing operational efficiencies. The role involves providing technical and consultative leadership for complex engagements related to our solutions, focusing on specific industries or service offerings. Responsibilities Provide technical and consultative services on NetWitness solutions across various complex projects, including workshops, requirements analysis, solution design, documentation, and training. Collaborate with project managers, team members, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and transition from start to finish. Manage multiple work streams, define deliverables, and ensure project quality and adherence to scope, budget, and timeline. Lead project quality assurance activities, including technical reviews and change control procedures. Analyze client requirements, develop proposals, and create functional prototypes as needed. Serve as technical lead on small to medium projects or workstreams within larger projects. Understand customer challenges and provide strategic advice aligned with their long-term goals. Independently analyze large datasets, produce accurate documentation, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain activity reports, progress updates, and end-of-project documentation. Transfer knowledge and conduct training sessions during and after project completion. Develop detailed project plans following standard project management methodologies. Review and validate statements of work and categorize requirements appropriately. Technical Responsibilities Assist customers in threat hunting, detection, and analysis using Network, Endpoint, and Log analysis tools. Track threat actors, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). Develop detection content, use cases, queries, alerts, dashboards, and reports to identify threats and anomalies. Assess visibility gaps and recommend improvements. Support sales project scoping and provide expert guidance. Contribute to the development of technical training materials, assessments, and lab content. Participate in lab deployments, upgrades, and customer training events, including webinars. Required Experience / Qualifications Understanding of logging mechanisms for network, security solutions, servers, and databases. Strong knowledge of networking and security infrastructure. Ability to analyze data flow within network topologies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in differentiating logs, events, packets, and incidents. Knowledge of collection methodologies such as Syslog, SNMP, ODBC, LEA, FTP, SFTP. Awareness of current threats, security trends, and policies. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Professional proficiency in English speaking and writing.
