MacGregor Black is partnering with a leading global fashion & lifestyle business to find a Senior Finance Analyst to join their team in Milan. Working closely with the US-based Finance Director and European leadership, this role is pivotal in driving profitable growth across one of the group’s most iconic fashion brands. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow models Analyze performance drivers, identify risks and opportunities Deliver commercial insights that drive strategic decisions Partner cross-functionally to drive process improvements Ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting Support initiatives through robust cost/benefit analysis What We’re Looking For: 5 years of post-qualified experience in finance Fluency in both written and spoken English and Italian is essential Strong Excel skills and a solid grasp of accounting principles (SAP preferred) Proven success in a multi-entity, product-led business (fashion, retail, or FMCG) A proactive mindset and a collaborative, communicative style Experience working with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies Salary c. €50k-60k basic For more information, please contact Fraser Graham today.
