Key Responsibilities Mapping manufacturing processes and related entities (Quality, Logistics, Production Engineering), leveraging ongoing projects and activities. Assisting the department manager in monitoring efficiency, identifying lean improvement opportunities, and reporting anomalies. Developing continuous improvement projects within the department in collaboration with stakeholders. Supporting production planning activities. Data collection and workflow analysis. Conducting statistical analyses. Analyzing variances between actual and theoretical data. Defining and drafting standard operating procedures for manufacturing and quality management. Desired Skills and Qualifications Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Management Engineering (or equivalent). Strong team orientation with good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate across functions and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Curiosity about manufacturing environments. Proficiency in MS Office. Good command of English.
