HSE Manager BI&DC

Overview To strengthen our QHSE & Sustainability division, we are looking for an HSE Manager with a focus on the Buildings, Industry & Data Center division. The selected candidate will be responsible for the assigned projects and will be present on construction sites to assess ongoing working conditions and ensure compliance. They will identify specific hazards and implement strategies to minimize or eliminate risks and exposure. Responsibilities Manage all necessary documentation to fulfill safety obligations. Train employees and subcontractors on safe working practices and emergency procedures. Analyze incident and near-miss statistics, identify critical issues, and suggest improvement plans. Required qualifications Degree in Safety Engineering or diploma / professional certifications in HSE and safety & environmental management systems; Proven experience in a similar role; Knowledge of Legislative Decrees 81 / 08 and 152 / 06, and of ISO 45001 and 14001 standards; Excellent managerial and communication skills; Willingness to travel.
