HR Manager

The Finance, HR & Legal division of Randstad Professional, specialized in the Search and Selection of Middle & Senior management profiles, is looking for a prestigious company in the luxury world for the following: HR Manager Reporting directly to the Operations Director and Commercial Director, the position will be responsible for managing and supervising the following activities: Key Responsibilities Implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and practices to support business needs, support the General Management team in the development and execution of strategic human resources projects. Define and monitor key indicators related to labor costs, preparing analyses and reports to support strategic decisions. Manage payroll and administration processing with the financial team and external providers, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Oversee the employees development and growth programs with a view to enhancing skills. Introduce digital tools and innovative methodologies for data management and the optimization of operational workflows in the HR field. Oversee internal communication activities to promote employee engagement, sharing of goals, and a sense of belonging. Collaborate with department heads on defining and implementing periodic performance reviews for individuals and teams. Manage recruitment activities, independently handling all phases of the recruiting process to ensure the hiring of candidates who are in line with company needs. Support the design and delivery of training programs, including induction and mandatory training courses, and create manuals and other materials for learning and training employees. Qualifications Master's degree in law, economics, and/or humanities. At least 3 years of experience in an HR Manager role within a structured and organized environment. Champion initiatives that reinforce the company’s values, heritage, and family-oriented culture. Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken). Location: Naples, Italy J-18808-Ljbffr
