Responsibilities Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues across DevOps platforms Experience with Bitbucket, Jira, Rational Doors, and Unity platforms is essential Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required The current workload involves approximately 30 tickets per month, with an average resolution time of 12 business days. We require a dedicated professional who can work efficiently and effectively in this role.
