Project Manager

Overview We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Trust services & Technologies team, supporting the management of IT security projects (nationally and internationally), interfacing with the design and development group and with customer representatives. Responsibilities Collaborate in collecting and analyzing customer requests Provide support on systems and services developed by the company Assist in API integration within third-party applications Contribute to system integration and customization projects Support the presentation of technological solutions to customers by combining technical knowledge with effective communication Assist in planning customer releases / activations by coordinating with internal teams Participate in managing unexpected issues by providing effective technical support Help produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation Support feasibility analysis and contribute to identifying alternative solutions Work closely with software development teams and key internal and external stakeholders Learn and actively participate in all phases of project management (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and closure) Help ensure project milestones are achieved through effective coordination of operational activities Qualifications Master's or three-year degree in technology (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering) or equivalent qualification Proficiency in Italian and good command of English, both written and spoken Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies Experience (including internships or academic projects) with REST API, SOAP, or similar integrations Basic understanding or interest in network security Nice to have: CISA certifications, knowledge of the OWASP framework, or fluency in a second foreign language What we are offering Working in an exciting and innovative market environment Flexible working hours, uncomplicated holiday planning, and home office Dynamic and open-minded working atmosphere with attractive benefits An international and motivated team that welcomes YOU!
